ORDERS & DELIVERY
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Delivery takes 24 to 72 hours anywhere in Morocco. Shipping is 30 DH, paid with your order on delivery.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Choose your product, pick your size and color, then fill the form with your name, phone and city. Our team calls you to confirm - that's it.
DO YOU DELIVER TO MY CITY?
Yes - we deliver to every city and region in Morocco, from Casablanca and Rabat to the smallest towns. Big cities usually receive in 24-48h, remote areas up to 72h.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes - message us on WhatsApp before the package ships and we will modify or cancel it, no questions asked.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME AT DELIVERY?
The courier calls you before arriving. If the moment does not work, they pass again or arrange a pickup point - just tell them what suits you.
PAYMENT
HOW DO I PAY?
Cash on delivery. You pay only when the package arrives at your door - nothing in advance.
ARE THERE HIDDEN FEES?
No. The price you see plus 30 DH delivery is everything you pay.
CAN I CHECK THE PRODUCT BEFORE PAYING?
You receive the package in hand at delivery. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us on WhatsApp immediately and we fix it - exchange or replacement, free.
SIZES & EXCHANGES
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?
Each product page has a size guide. Between two sizes? Take the larger one for a streetwear fit, the smaller one for an athletic fit - or send us your height and weight on WhatsApp and we advise you.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY SIZE?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we exchange your size for free.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT HAS A DEFECT?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we replace it immediately - delivery on us.
DO SIZES RUN BIG OR SMALL?
GYMOTO cuts are true to size with an athletic fit. Oversized pieces are labeled as oversized on the product page.
PRODUCT & CARE
HOW DO I WASH MY GYMOTO PIECES?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Skip the dryer and let it air dry - the fabric and print will stay perfect for years.
WILL THE BLACK FADE?
No. We use colour-fast fabric tested through repeated washing. Follow the cold-wash rule and the black stays black.
WHEN DO NEW DROPS ARRIVE?
New pieces drop regularly and sell out fast. Follow @gymoto.ma on Instagram to catch every release the moment it goes live.
