We want you to love your GYMOTO products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund under the conditions below.
Eligibility
Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return or refund.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns cannot be processed.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the original payment method or arranged with COD adjustments if applicable.
Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
