1. Delivery Coverage

GYMOTO delivers to all cities across Morocco, through our trusted delivery partners.

2. Delivery Fee

Delivery costs a flat rate of 30 DH nationwide, added to your order total at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within an estimated 2 to 5 business days after confirmation, depending on your city. Major cities are usually served faster than remote areas. These times are estimates and may vary during sales periods or holidays.

4. Order Confirmation

Before shipping, our team contacts you by phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order, size, and delivery address. Please make sure your phone number is correct — unconfirmed orders cannot be shipped.

5. Payment on Delivery

Payment is made in cash on delivery (COD): you pay the courier when you receive your package. Please prepare the exact amount if possible.

6. Order Tracking

You can follow your order at any time through our Tracking Order page, or by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order number.

7. Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us on WhatsApp and we will check the status with our delivery partner immediately.

8. Wrong Address or Absent Customer

If the address provided is incorrect or the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be returned to us. Please double-check your details at checkout and stay reachable on the confirmed phone number on delivery day.
